Contestants in the Petroleum Building’s annual Halloween Costume Contest expressed their creativity for a chance to win one of three prizes. Everyone in attendance was invited to vote for the best, scariest, and funniest costume based on its’ creativity, originality, effort, and authenticity. Plenty of Halloween treats were available and much fun and laughter was had by all the tenants in attendance as Halloween charades was played and winners were announced.
